Capacity-Building Nonprofit Profiles

On Mission’s Core Capacity Building program helps nonprofit leaders clarify and communicate their core—their mission and method of impact. With clarity on the core, leaders can more effectively evaluate their organization's strengths and areas for growth. This provides a foundation to support healthy, mission-aligned growth in the years ahead.

During this engagement On Mission will produce an organizational snapshot report, called a Nonprofit Profile. A capacity-building workshop, selected by leadership, is also included. The profile report produced equips leaders to plan and invite board members, major donors, or other stakeholders to support the mission.
